Each class begins with pranayama—gentle breathwork to centre the mind and ground the body—followed by a movement practice tailored to the needs of the group. Whether a dynamic vinyasa flow or a slower hatha-style session, postures are adapted for all abilities, ensuring everyone feels supported and included.
The final part of the session includes more breathwork and a 20-minute sound bath using crystal singing bowls, yoga nidra and guided meditation to bring about a state of deep calm and inner stillness.
Siân is the founder of Thalassa Therapies and a certified yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in psychotherapy, trauma-informed practice, breathwork, and therapeutic sound healing.
