Submissions will open on 2nd July, and the closing date will be 17th August. We will link to the submission on this page from 2nd July.

Please read the conditions below carefully.

• All entries are to be submitted online – we will only ask for successful entries to be handed in at the Williamson.
• You may submit up to one entry.
• The entrance fee is £20 per work, payable at the time of entry, and is not returnable.
• Categories will include painting (any medium), sculpture (any medium), prints and drawings. There is a separate category for photography
• No work should exceed 6ft/183cm in any dimension. Sculpture must be of size & weight appropriate for safe and convenient movement.
• All works submitted must be the artist’s original and unaided work. No copies can be entered.
• Prints should be entirely the work of the photographer, including digital prints.
• No work previously exhibited in the Wirral Spring or Williamson Open exhibitions should be entered.
• Acceptance into the exhibition will assume permission for the Wirral Museums Service to reproduce for publicity, and prize winners
  accept the right of the Wirral Museums Service to photograph and reproduce their work.
• Any work accepted & sold at the exhibition is subject to a commission of 30% payable to Wirral Borough Council. Sold work may not be removed before the end of the exhibition.
