About this objectHooton Hall, built of Storeton stone in the eighteenth century, replaced an ancient hall of 1488. It was purchased in 1847 by Richard Naylor esq. who died in 1858. He and his wife built the church at Hooton. The hall was demolished in 1925 and stood on the site of the Aerodrome.
