About this objectAlbert Richards attended Wallasey School of Art during the period of 1935-1939. He was sixteen years old when he joined, and it was here that he met fellow artist George Jardine. Richards left four years later after being awarded a scholarship by the Borough of Wallasey to study painting at the Royal College of Art.
