We’re expanding our Visitor Favourites collection, and we need your input!
Over the last few months on our Facebook page, we’ve shared several paintings by the artist Harold Hopps (1879-1967). Hopps spent several decades documenting the changes to the landscape around him, especially his home town of Wallasey. His paintings pick out the distinctiveness of many Wirral communities.
Now we’d love to find out which of the paintings has been your favourite! We’ve picked five paintings of different Wirral scenes, from the shore to the street, for you to choose from.
We also love sharing visitor opinions on what they enjoy so much about our works. If you would like to send us a comment about what inspired your choice, fill in the form next to the poll (don’t forget to say which painting you chose!). We will choose a couple of comments to caption the winning painting.
Polling will close on Friday 5th February.
