Richard MacKenzie performs Renaissance lute works
A lecture-recital featuring material from the upcoming release on IEM Records, “Tales from Louvain” – a recording of a selection of works published by Pierre Phalèse the elder from the 1540s-1580s in Louvain: a veritible compendium of 16th-century European lute works, performed by Richard MacKenzie upon the renaissance lute.
This event takes place on Friday 10th June at 6:30pm in the Williamson Cafe and is FREE to attend. No need to book, come along to enjoy MacKenzie’s virtuoso musicianship.
