DESCRIPTION:Step away from the pace of everyday life and immerse yourself in a unique wellbeing experience where art\, movement and mindfulness come together. \nInspired by the work of artist Leonard McComb\, whose paintings explore spirituality\, nature and the interconnectedness of all life\, these one-hour sessions invite you to slow down\, reconnect and experience McComb’s exhibition\, the Williamson Art Gallery and meditation in a new way. \nThrough gentle\, accessible yoga\, mindful breathing and a deeply restorative sound bath\, you’ll be guided to cultivate presence\, reflection and a sense of connection – echoing the themes that flow through McComb’s work. \nNo previous yoga experience is needed.
