About the Artist/Exhibition

Books, Banter and Booze. Literature and refreshments…what is not to like? Join us for an informal and fun evening at the Williamson Art Gallery.

Bring your favourite book for an evening with food and wine, come with friends or join in with others. We are experimenting with developing the two Thursday evenings in the month when we already have a group using the gallery as a meeting venue.

Doors will open from 6pm. Please note the cafe takes cash only. The bar and food will be available until 8.30pm and while stocks last. Oxton Books, our independent bookshop will be open throughout the evening.

As the 5th of October is the first Thursday of the month, we will have our regular life drawing class plus the meeting of the Western Front Association so please be considerate of our neighbours when parking (our car park can get filled quickly), alternatively carpool with friends, use public transport or walk if you are able.
